Designed on land with a slope of 40%,  and funds for an environmental reserve, Residence R10 has in its creation, the idea of contemplation of nature, integration of spaces, clarity through its doors and windows from ceiling to floor, and privacy with all environments facing the forest. With that in mind, the design of the project began with the creation of a gazebo at the top of the house, a green roof that, in addition to bringing thermal and acoustic protection to the 4 suites, integrates with the front garden that _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_is almost 35.00 m wide across the front of the land. 

Next to the intimate area of the rooms, an annex in metallic structure in lighter lines than those used in the annex of the suites, comes as close as possible to the forest, bringing in its glass panels the idea of having a perfect framing of the living nature of the other. side of the frame.
For its external areas, the creation of square-shaped concrete steps and all uniforms, run all around the house creating spaces and varied shapes, enabling the sectorization of areas of gardens and flowerbeds, segregating the areas of passages and access. Finally, the back stone wall follows irregular lines, and overlaps the cantilevered deck that follows the same alignment and shape of the pool until it meets the orchard vegetation.
